Jun 19, 2017 Skype for Business, Mac - 'Join' won't work It started kind of random, I'd click on the 'Join' in the calendar reminder and it would not connect, technically, the Skype for Business wouldn't load, just an HTML page.

When using Skype for Business (Lync), you can define other people as your delegates thereby giving them the ability to make and take calls on your behalf if needed. Your calls will ring through to your delegates phone number if you are unavailable or do not answer based on your call forwarding settings. You can add and remove delegates whenever you need to.

To access the call forwarding settings
- On the PC, open Skype for Business (Lync).
- Click the Settings icon.
- Select Tools then Options.
- In the Options panel, select Call Forwarding.
The Call Forwarding panel is shown.
To define your delegate members
- Select the Edit my delegate members link.
- In the Call Forwarding - Delegates window, select Add.
- Type the contact name in the search box.
Contacts that match the name will be shown. - Select the Contact to add and click OK.
- In the Call Forwarding panel, select Simultaneously Ring.
- From the dropdown of numbers to ring, select My Delegates.
- Select your preferred delay before delegates are called.
- Click OK - the Call Forwarding window will show your modified options.
- Select the Edit my delegate members link at any time to change your delegates.
